KMG is led by Kevin Miller, a seasoned construction professional with over 25 years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial building. Kevin has been doing commercial construction since 2000. Kevin’s deep knowledge spans all phases of the construction process—from initial planning and permitting to execution and final inspection. His reputation is built on precision, reliability, and a solution based mindset.

Background
Kevin Miller was raised on the Key Peninsula, attending Vaughn Elementary, KPMS, and Peninsula High School. His journey in construction began early—starting in high school with entry-level tasks like site cleanup and painting trim. It wasn’t long before he gravitated toward concrete work, where he discovered a passion for transforming blank dirt canvases into finished spaces that matched the vision of his clients.
In 2011, Kevin founded Kevin Miller Group LLC right here on the Key Peninsula. With a commitment to quality craftsmanship and a deep understanding of the building process, he steadily grew the business to take on more complex and large-scale projects, including custom home builds and commercial renovations. While the scope of work has evolved over the years, Kevin has always stayed rooted in hands-on work—especially concrete—and maintains a direct connection to the jobsite and client experience.
Today, through KMG, Kevin applies over two decades of experience to the specialized world of commercial construction. With deep local knowledge, a strong reputation, and a commitment to getting the details right, KMG delivers projects that stand up to the elements—and exceed expectations.
